After the death of his father he having acquired his fathers famous kung fu skills decides to find a way to bring back the traditional clan esteem by seeking out good martial artist to fight with. due to mass depression that have over come the people such as starvation and deprovasion the civilians had no fighting spirit left in them. Except for a few being Lo Meng, Sun Chien, Kui Chu and Chiang Sheng (the Venoms). This is one of the venoms finest films displaying top notch kung fu skills.
