Carter Wong gives a dazzling performance as the laughing white-haired Chi Kung expert who wreaks havoc in the martial World. But hitting it isnt going to be easy Independent filmmaker Joseph Kuo combines a convincing performance by Carter Wong with an excellent story and the martial arts master of Joseph Long making this one of Kue better efforts.
