We pride ourselves on providing quality imports at the most affordable prices. Unfortunately, sometimes problems do occur, which sometimes prevent our customers from realizing the full enjoyment of their purchase. Our goal is to help correct the problem as soon as possible. Common DVD problems include disc recognition errors and picture skipping. Most DVD problems are actually the result of DVD player incompatibility. Unfortunately, these days, standards between DVD hardware are inconsistent, and often off-brand or low-end players (and even some name brand, mid-range units) seem to have trouble with coding on some DVDs. Fortunately Newer DVD players are getting better Perhaps you might be interested in a letter we recently got from a customer: "I want to thank you for encouraging me to investigate my DVD Player. I now have a new one. I checked out a bunch of them and different ones have different problems. Surprisingly to me the Sony I owned was the worst. JVC is good, Panasonic is good, and the new Aiwa I just got is great. All these models come with "dual lasers" and "MP3 Decoders" which seemed to fix the problems I was having. Unfortunately, the new Sony did not have either of these features, and it seems they have had plenty of returns for this very reason." We asks that before requesting an RMA number, you try your DVD out on at least one other DVD player from a different manufacturer. We just need to be sure that the problem is the disc and not the player. If we just assumed the disc was bad and sent you a new one, and the real problem was player incompatibility, the second disc might not work either, and that would waste your time having to keep sending discs back. Let us know if you can't find another DVD player, and we will try to help you out. We always take care of our customers. We will accept your return; and if we find your DVD to be defective, we will send you a new copy at our expense. If your DVD works fine on our machines, you will be responsible for return shipping. All returns to us are the responsibility of the customer. At our discretion, on a case-by-case basis, we may issue return shipping refunds in the form of store credit. We do not take returns on opened products. In some situations at our discretion we can substitute a product. If there is a situation where there is a return a 15% restocking fee will apply. RMA numbers can be requested up to 30 days after receipt of order.
