  once the kind hearted holly is trapped on a tree while trying to save a kitten. a mysterious kung fu master bruce who is stuck on a island due to disruption of ferry service caused by bad weather helps get her down. despite the raging thunderstorms holly the intrepid and dedicated police constable who takes great pride in her work continues to patrol the island unwaveringly. she discovers four escaped convicts hiding on the island. with help from bruce she arrests all of them. bruce becomes a model citizen receiving praises from everyone. he begins reflect on the choices he has made in life as well as the path he should take. however the tranquility of the island is upset by the arrival of a group of shady people believe to be connected to a crime syndicate. they are combing through the entire island for bruce. holly is puzzeled. soon a headless corpse is discovered while bruce is nowhere to be found.
